What to expect in a session
A typical session would last one hour, within that time you'll sit with me and we will talk about whatever it is that has brought you to explore therapy. I’m trained as a person centre therapist which means I’m very much client lead, we’ll explore whatever it is you want to look at in therapy in an open and safe way. There is no set plan or agenda that we’ll follow.
I do also have background in NLP, neurolinguistic programming and CBT, cognitive behavioural therapy which is where we’ll look at habits and behaviours that you may want to change and how we make that change in the right way for you.
I like to say that my sessions are very much bespoke for my clients.
