“Make the most of yourself....for that is all there is of you.”
― Ralph Waldo Emerson
Hello and welcome
I'm glad you've decided to visit. Let me tell you a little about me.
I'm a registered Counsellor with the BACP with a Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling from the University of Strathclyde, graduating in 2007. Although that was a long time ago CPD is never far from my professional life, I've done a variety of courses to gain understanding in the world of Mental Health.
My approach is safely and with curiosity exploring where you want to go and how you want to get there, balanced with compassion and empathy.
I welcome curiosity and a playfulness, I like to explore different styles and approaches, so we can find what is right for you so you can achieve your goals whatever they may be. One size doesn't fit all and there is no right way to do therapy!
I work face to face, over the phone, and video.
Apart from working as a therapist I also worked in London for ten years as a Professional Development and Human Resources specialist. Working with a variety of People Issues, development and how to effectively implement change within an organisation. I bring all of this experience with me to every session.
